Please note:
When purchasing a vehicle/vehicles from ourselves the following Terms and Conditions apply.

* All deposits taken are Non refundable.
.
* Once a proforma or sales invoice has been created storage charges will apply 7 days (cars and vans) and 14 days (HGV and Trailers) thereafter.

Storage rates are as follows:
Cars and Vans - £9.00+vat per day (including Sundays)
HGV and Trailers - £17.00+vat per day (including Sundays)

If accumulated storage charges exceed the agreed sales price or deposit taken then this payment will be taken to cover costs.

* When Purchasing a vehicle listed as "Trade" you are agreeing to purchase the vehicle as a motor trader and therefore the sale will NOT include any MOT, Warranty, or Road Fund licence and, in some cases, a V5 Log Book.

* If a V5 Log book has been applied for from the DVLA Leavesley International can not be held responsible for the application time.

* When removing a vehicle from our premises it has to be done by legal means, No vehicle can be driven off site. All vehicles will have to be recovered.

Payment Terms:
We accept all Major credit Cards except American Express, all credit cards are subject to a 1.55% Bank charge.
We accept all Major Debit cards.
We accept cash up to the legal limit suggested by Anti-Money laudering legislation.
All Cheques and Bankers drafts will require six working days from paying in to clear before goods are released.
Bank Tranfers are excepted and once confirmation is recieved goods will be released.
